- The app is offline. Palpito never sends your music, files, or usage anywhere. There is no telemetry and no account.
- The only personal data we ask for is your email, and only if you join the list — with an unticked consent box and a confirmation click (double opt-in).
- You can leave at any time: every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion or export of your data.
What we collect, why, and where it lives
When you subscribe: your email address, the consent timestamp, the confirmation click (with its IP, logged by our email provider as GDPR consent proof), and the page you signed up from. That's the whole list. Data is processed by Brevo (EU — France) under a signed Data Processing Agreement; hosting and the form's anti-bot check are provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile — no tracking cookies, no reCAPTCHA).
What we send
The confirmation email, your free-download email, and occasional launch news (including the pre-order window). No third-party marketing, ever. Purchase emails (receipts, licence keys) are handled separately by the payment provider at purchase time.
